The payment system, which actually ...I agree 100%. The payment system, which actually provides a dis-incentive to improve in some cases, needs to be reformed. At the same time, however, we in healthcare need to continue to improve whatever we can within our industry. As payment systems change, we need to be as agile as possible to be able to keep up with the changes. And we need to continue to be financially viable so we can maintain the health of our communities as all the changes are swirling around us.
